From the small rock garden at Hedgerows, Chester NJ. I think the blue stuff is bugle, which grows wild in my lawn, but I don't know what the pink flower is... any ideas?
I agree with Leora - it is Sea Thrift (also called Sea Pink), Armeria maritima. I used to have some growing in my old garden. It is a cute little happy flower. The blues and the pinks complement each other well.
