Allium Envy

The Garden Conservancy held an Open Day in our area on Saturday.  Isn't this pretty?  I got the chance to visit three gardens -- each one very beautiful.

Then I went home and weeded my own pathetic little plot.  lol

From what I've seen of the flowers and foliage that grow in your garden, it isn't at all pathetic! That garden is lovely indeed - a lot of time and work must go into it.

Such a lovely display of allium and much more! A beautiful scene you captured. Let it inspire you. Throw some mulch on those weeds and enjoy the process.

beautiful shot - I always get a bit of jealousy when I see beautiful gardens like this but...I figure they have full time staff.

Well, you have a plot, right? Lucky you! This is beautiful and I am envious as well.
Have a beautiful Sunday, Mary. Raining here. **Sigh**

I know how you feel. Currently I am without a plot of myone. Not even a basil plant.

This is truely a beautiful garden.

What a lovely garden - so understated with all those subtle shades of grey/green.

Such a pretty garden. Love how the flower plantings seem so random..but are so perfectly planned as to create such balance. Nice image!

I have a pathetic plot, but only because I'm a pathetic gardener. It does a great job despite my worst efforts.

For a while I thought this was your garden!
