A Secret Place

This stream is down the road from our house. We used to take the kids here when they were little, to throw rocks in the water. With all the rain we've gotten over the past month, I'm surprised it isn't higher. But no matter, it's the reflection I was after, and that "secret garden" feeling.

And because I'm feeling all Hallmark today, I'll leave you with this wish: May you find that "secret place" today, dear bloggers. The place where you can be still, and look into your heart. :)

Deja Vu All Over Again

I'm not sure if I already posted this photo, or one similar, but I've just added a texture to it so I thought I would post it here.  Besides, all my posts seem to have disappeared (to me, at least) and the last time that happened, they reappeared when I published a new post.  So, here goes.  Crossing my fingers...
