How many glasses of wine does your lens have to comsume before it can achieve this kind of soft focus? Or is it the vintage that makes it mellow?

I am in awe. Honestly, Mary. Wow.

Mary, I thought I remembered the curves of the tulip from a few days ago, and I scrolled back, so I could compare the two. I think in the b/w, you become more aware of the texture of the petals, much as I love that soft yellow colour! I like both shots, but for different reasons!
