I've noticed, with our five barns, that the red bokeh is so very, very pretty. =]
I was just thinking of you - thinking of coming for a visit - trying to think outside of the box - looking for inspiration - or, maybe, I'm looking for a little familiar comfort.;) Lightroom has opened things up but the freedom is a little disconcerting. I've been "locked in my room" trying to figure it all out and learning A LOT! Fun stuff - even if it is challenging.
Oh, and I looked up the house at the top of the hill in the realtors websites but was appalled at the photography and haven't sent it, yet. =D and ;)
Ph, my goodness, Mary. This is awesome. The texture work is sheer perfection. I adore the pink. Sorry I have not been stopping by this summer, but I have really been working hard on my photography and using my other photography blog. Hope you have been having a nice summer and not too. hot. Genie
I just saw your article in Artful Blogging. Thank you for sharing your transparency in words and heart, your talent and beauty in pictures. Amazing. Truly.
So glad I found you in the summer issue of “Artful Blogging” magazine!
Your article about making art being a powerful compulsion really inspired me! I, too, have always loved nature; nature motivates my paintings. I could also identify with what you wrote about blogging being a driving force in your life, pushing you to research and learn new technical skills.
I am your newest blog follower. :) Looking forward to seeing your upcoming posts!
I welcome you to check out my art blog, too! Best, Mary C. Nasser http://www.marycnasser.com/blog.html
Hello Mary, I've just popped over from Bronteland in Yorkshire, England, to visit a few other people's gardens - as ours is deluged by heavy summer rain! I happened upon your beautifully-named blog and found it a lovely, elegant place with wonderful, subtle images. Thank you for sharing; I'll be back :-) The Time Sculptor's Secret
