We got about a foot of snow on Sunday night, and we spent Monday shoveling out the driveway while the wind blew the snow in our faces. I took a quick break to snap a few pictures. :)
Hi Mary, hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas. We had rain most of the night last night which washed away most of the snow and our temperature is now about 6c, over Christmas it has been as low as -10c!!!
It always looks so pretty and I love taking photographs and your one is lovely. You will see on my blog some I took at Kew Gardens when we went for a drive and walk on Boxing day.
Keep warm, safe and enjoy a few snowball fights with the family!!
Mr O and I spent yesterday morning doing exactly the same thing...the wind did bite indeed!...but it is exhilarating at the same time. It makes sitting by the fire later in the day oh so much nicer:)
What a gorgeous shot! The snow can be so beautiful, as long as you have warm clothes on! Spent Christmas in snowy Scotland, really lovely. All melted here in south east England. I have just discovered your blog, and will be back for inspiration! Happy New Year

Beautiful...but much prettier from afar. We have yet to receive our first accumulation and I do not look forward to it.
Stay warm and enjoy the beauty.

Beautiful Mary! our snow is nearly gone....and I spent sometime this afternoon on the patio sitting in the sun....smiles
Wonderful winter shot. Love the shadow on the snow.
Beautiful image! I've been thinking about you and figuring you were all but snowed in. I hope you are enjoying it, in spite of the shoveling!
A very Happy New Year, dear Mary.
