tiny asters in my garden... it's beginning to look like autumn. :)

southern sass: i use Photoshop CS3. i shoot jpgs, open them in Adobe Camera Raw and play with the Blacks, Contrast and Brightness sliders. then i apply an action -- florabella's starlet action here -- and adjust the layers to taste. then flatten, add watermark and sharpen for web. :)

I would have cropped that photo, to get just the tiny aster. I am SO! glad you did not! I just love the shape and colour of the rest of the plant adding dimension to the flower!!!

The bokeh here is to die for...I love it. Your photographs are definitely “art” in my book. You are so talented, and I love reading your blog. I’ve had my "Buttons for Baga" for quite a while, but I just started a new blog devoted strictly to my picture taking. My dream would be for it to eventually be as beautiful as yours.
