Have a beautiful day, my friend. I woke up early and am now killing time until leaving for work. So glad to have it (the time) too. Humid as hell already.
I have just finished preparing a week's worth of peony photos, so I think I have earned the right to say this is the most exquisite peony photo I have ever seen! It highlights the essence of peony (except for the fragrance part)! I love it!!! And the quote, too!
what absolutely beautiful words. i will have to remember that quote. sometimes we do sell ourselves short trying to make others comfortable. enjoying your blog.
I LOVE this quote!!! I first heard it in the movie "Akeelah and the Bee" - one of my all time very favorites. It's slightly edited, though; so, it's fun to see the whole thing here.
This got me through a really, really tough time in my life. If you only knew....

One of my all time favorite quotes. And - love the image. Such an exquisite combination of sharpness and softness all at once and together.
