ornament

Another assignment for Creativity Boot Camp. The word prompt was "ornament." This was my mother's bracelet, which I wear often. I love turquoise, and it reminds me of playing in her jewelry box when I was little. Although she was not an artist, she did love to collect and arrange beautiful things in her home, and I think I inherited any talent I might have from her... :)

What a beautiful bracelet, and very much in style today too. They're showing a lot of heavy bands and cuffs these days.

Thought you might be tag free, but thought you deserved it anyway. You bring joy into my life with your beautiful photos. Thank you for that.

I have a little time this morning before we leave for another hike over on MDI and thought to stop here because well, I miss you!
THESE photos are simply delicious, my friend. I'd love to comment on all of them but have so little time so here I am on the photo of your mother's bracelet, which I love.
My heavens, you are so talented.
(my knees hurt like the devil).
