Bullfrog Pond

A new open space/hiking trail has opened recently in our town. My husband and I went to check it out on Saturday, and I took my camera. This little pond, partially hidden by tall rushes, is home to some bullfrogs who were quite noisy as we passed by. It's a pretty spot, and I'm sure we will be visiting again soon.

It sure is a pretty spot. Yes, they can be so loud! And it was hot here this weekend. Trouble sleeping.

You must live in a ecologically balanced area...frogs seem to be the "canary in the mine" for our outdoor spaces....must have been fun! smiles.

OH what a great place! How wonderful to see GREEN on everyone's blogs these days ~ rather than the whites/grays/browns from this past winter. I do love snow shots but boy and I glad spring is here!
