You had to know it wouldn't be long before I was back to posting flowers, right?
Especially in February. ;)
Thank you so much to everyone who visits here. It's wonderful to think that you are taking some time out of your busy day to come and look at my work. It truly means the world to me. So thank you!
(Oh, and say a prayer that the stinking groundhog sees his shadow, K?)

Mary your flower photos are a joy to behold. Each and every one of them.
Always such a warm delight to see flowers in the dead of winter.
Beautiful Macro! You can put up flowers every day, it is a beautiful shot! ((Side note: Love the logo in your watermark, another thing done beautifully!))
White tulips... oh, my favorite--pink and white are my favorite flower colors. And tulips are the sweetest for February as we dream of spring... :o)
Mary, a stop at your place is one of the most pleasant things I do each morning...I don't always comment, but I always enjoy....smiles.

I love your flower photos. These are so beautiful and elegant.
Happy Groundhog Day!
Ah, so glad I'm browsing through Jen's blog roll (Muddy Boot Dreams). I'm finding some lovely new blogs to follow!
I'm a fan of your photography already... I'm quite the amateur. Your beautiful flowers and landscapes truly speak to me. Just absolutely gorgeous!
re groundhogs - what does it mean if the day starts cloudy but the sun comes out for lunch?
my grandmother always said that if he sees his shadow, then we get another 6 weeks of winter, but if he doesn't, then it is only a month and a half till spring!! yay spring!!
thank you all!
oz girl, welcome! hose nice to meet you!
judy, I place no reliance whatsoever on the abilities of the groundhog to predict weather... but having said that, I'd like to throttle the little bastard who always seems to predict six more weeks of winter.. lol
Oh God, now peta will be on my back... I didn't really mean throttle...
I swear.
And apparently I can no longer spell correctly either...
Oz Girl, I meant to say "how" nice to meet you... :)
I've come here via Muddy Boot Dreams. And I'm so happy to have found your blog -- I'll surely be back. :)
Always such a pleasure. Sometimes I can't get here until the afternoon or evening. But I am never disappointed!
welcome, nancy! :)
How delicate and graceful your tulips are, Mary! So very lovely.
i think of that line from the Homecoming, "flowers in the dead of winter"...when pa brought azaleas home for ma Christmas eve...and John-boy got a tablet...lovely classic tulips.
Stunning picture of the flowers, will definitely make my day. Keep posting.
Oh Mary - that groundhog has predicted 6 more weeks of winter. I don't know if I can take much more snow!! But visiting you always "warms" me up. LOVE this shot!! Keep those flower shots coming!
I love your flower shots, they inspire me. We know that we all need any drop of color we can get. So keep posting them.
Our groundhog was hoping to see snow, but alas..... so it is a warm Olympics we will have.
