Winter, Remembered

I sprained my ankle last week, plus I've been busy trying to get a jump on the whole Christmas thing, so I haven't been able to get out and shoot anything. So here is a scene from my favorite park, Natirar, reworked with a little Photoshop magic.

Why is it that snow looks so much prettier when you don't actually have to walk through it? lol

Hope your ankle feels better soon, and watch you don't hurt anything else later when winding down from the holidays! The photo is breathtaking!

My good God, girl. This is sublime. I like everything about this photograph, especially the color. Your watermark is perfect, you know. (I'm still searching for my perfect watermark).
I would put this on my wall. On a standout from mpix. No, better. On a canvas print from mpix. Yum.

Wonderful photos of the winter!! I think snow is more beautiful when you are admiring it, rather than walking in it, the same way a toddler is far cuter when you can hand it back to a parent at the firstsquall - the unpleasant stuff is far from my mind!!!
