River of Color

I went to Natirar yesterday morning to shoot some autumn colors, but my camera battery gave out after about ten minutes. So I went home, did some chores while it was charging, and went back at 4:00pm. The colors along the river were absolutely amazing -- like a river of color.

Happy autumn, dear bloggers! :)

For a somewhat less dramatic image of Natirar, see my other blog, Simple Things.

Beautiful. I love photography at this time of day. The light makes everything look extra special.

I soooooooo look forward to your "soft light" each day. It is such a joy. Your photos are "beyond zebra" (as Dr. Seuss would say). What grand colors today. In the Rockies in Idaho, the aspen are golden and on the forest floor the huckleberry bushes have turned crimson. Your lovely ground cover photo here reminds me of being in the Rockies during autumn.
Thank you, you are such a gift!

Lovely colours - but I was totally enthralled by your ever changing header - I could have watched it all evening.

Oh Weaver, thank you so much. It took me quite awhile to create that, mainly because I had no idea what I was doing... lol :)
