Yes Mary I remember doing that as a kid!!

We have a lovely morning here and have been very busy in the gardening, about to have lunch then we are going for a walk in my favourite Arboretum, hopefully there will be some lovely Autumn colour to photograph. Today the temperature is meant to be 65f tomorrow heavy rain is forecast, so I am glad we are making the most of the good weather today. Have a good weekend, see you Monday at Mosaic Monday. Jackie.

PS I don't know if you saw my blog on Tablescape Thursday but I did mention how I am collecting the odd piece of milk glass as I have become keen on it since seeing yours!!

We all should have such a place to call our own.

I can well see why that is your favourite spot. Beautiful.
And yes, I do remember doing that inside some of my books when I was a child - we thought it was so clever, didn't we. Happy memories.

Oh my (contented sigh) I don't know how many cycles of those slides I just sat through. Beautiful, beautiful.

The planetarium in NYC has a film that starts out that way--from a spot on earth, up into the stars. So cool. What a beautiful favorite spot!
