Finding My Path

I've been fascinated by paths lately. Real and metaphorical. This one is cut through some woods near my house. I have no idea who made it, or where it leads. But that swathe of green grass is so tempting, isn't it? :)

This is a lovely picture with all the greens and browns, and it does make you wonder what is down the path.
Have a wonderful day.

So peaceful..quiet..inviting. Love the rich summer greens! And - I perfectly understand the 'metaphor'.

makes me want to see what's ahead.

I've really been liking your square crops lately.

Totally!

There is something exciting in the hint of adventure and untold discoveries that a path hints at. I'm enjoying this series, very much.

Hello, I'm visiting you from Steve's blog - your photos are quite inspiring and beautiful. This particular one reminds me of Frost's poem.

I also love paths. And doorways. And gates. They are all so alluring. What is just beyond? Who went before me? What awaits? Thank you for this image. Lovely.
