Spirea

This bush must love neglect, or maybe it just loves my heavy clay soil.  I do nothing, absolutely nothing to it, and it rewards me by growing larger each year.  Gotta love that in a shrub.

It's been raining cats and dogs here in New Jersey as I prepare this post.  Hopefully, it will clear up a little over the weekend.  Enjoy your weekend, dear bloggers. :)

I love spirea also. I see mostly white here in northern New England. It is beautiful in pink.

Oh no! Not more rain?! We had a glorious week of record breaking highs and clear blue skies last week. The skies are overcast today and rain is in the forecast for tomorrow. It's still a day off, so life is good.

Have a great day!

Sometimes the plant that perform best for me are the ones I ignore. Sort of like raising kids - give them as much independence as you can and only water and tend when needed.

You, too, have a great weekend.
