It rained half of Saturday. It rained all of Sunday. It rained all of Monday.
We've had a lot of rain here in New Jersey.
So I thought maybe I would go to a place where they appreciate rain -- the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge. It's beautiful, in a watery green sort of way. I was only able to walk a short distance down the trail before the puddles got too big. But I'm looking forward to coming back when the skies let up. :)

i love this photo. something about it, i almost find it romantic.
But look how green everything is because of all that rain! Gorgeous spring landscape.
beautiful lush greens
Beautiful shot. You can send some of the rain to Florida if you want. We need rain bad.

I spent the weekend on the North Fork of Long Island. Not the best weather...but look how green it is getting!
It's beautiful there. And we've had the same weather here. It's cold, too. I have my sheep slippers on again.
What a great idea to use the rainy day to your shooting advantage! I'm going to have to remember that one ... :D
Looks like a beautiful place!
Rain does wonders on the landscapes and I know we need it here in the mountains for the fear of fires is all on our minds.
