Meadow Mist

I have been waiting to take this photo for awhile now.  This is a cow pasture near my home, and I've always loved the gently rolling hills, dotted with trees.  I drive past here quite often, and I love seeing it shrouded in mist.  It's along a main road, however, and not really safe for parking and taking pictures.

Sunday morning I happened to be awake at 6:30am, and we had a beautiful mist.  Eureka!  I drove over, parked and shot for ten minutes while only a few cars drove by.  Yay!  To see another shot, with a vintage feel, visit my other blog:  simple things.

Mary, this is lovely and I enjoyed the backstory. But your vintage feel pic just blew me away. I have to stop to catch my breath.
I am not kidding.

You'd never know that something that peaceful and beautiful existed on a busy road. Lovely.
