Here's another one from our Sunday walk in the park. I always love the time when the trees are just beginning to bud and leaf out -- such beautiful shades of green. :)
For some reason I think of "5 o'clock shadow" when I see these faint early greens on the trees, which is really kind of an bizarre comparison! Maybe I'll try calling it "spring morning shadow" instead - it really is lovely!
The morning mist wrapped in lace of winter's finest flakes has flown with flocks to summer's nesting ground where gosling down awaits the next winter winds to fly the driven snow over Jersey hills below and mornings filled with ghosts of shrouded memories.

I want to roll in that grass. ; ) So inviting. Is it officially spring there yet?

WOW!! WOW!!
I'd like to be sitting on a blanket under those trees, listening to the birds sing and feeling the spring sunshine on my face.
Wow, that's a enormous park. Looks like it was a beautiful day.
this is gorgeous, so serene

Yes, I agree, there are so many cool shades of greens and reds this time of year.
I love photos that lead you somewhere only the mind go ...
