Nice. I do not miss the heat. Not at all.
I so miss spring and summer by this time of year. I get depressed and very sullen. I need green, sunshine and birds singing. NEED! Thanks for the pic's. They make my eyes happy.
Mary, We are now 1/3 of the way through February, and the coldest (statistically) month of the year is done. Plus, every day has more daylight than the day before. Yep, spring is coming! It'll get to you before it gets to me. ;-)
I sooo enjoyed this lovely landscape. The bright sun makes the lush green and yellows just sparkle. Your use of texture is a very nice enhancement of a nice image.
Mary : That's innovative processing. Nice feel to the image
Nice. I lust for summer. You did a great job finding the right texture for that photo! Just lovely.
Really enjoying the treatment and processing done on this photo.I'm ready for the spring to get here as well. Winter can be so drab.Damien

The softness of summer daysborne on willow windsis yet to come___though hearts leap aheadto the sunfired grassof july morns.
I really like that combination of images. Reminds me of some vintage wall stencilling in my parent's dining room when I was a kid. The guy who did the border let me apply the paint through one of the floral stencils. How '50s!
an absolutely beautiful photo. great job!
I'm always a fan of better days. :) beautiful

The texture creates such a painterly effect. Happy summer memories!!!
Oh, yes mam! This takes me back. : )
I can smell the grass and want to roll across the field...and put wild flowers in my hair...
Ok..so I am also an "In a Soft Light" junkie. :) Wow..I've never seen the texturing done before. Interesting and beautiful, Mary.Mona
Oh, I remember summer. I think it was on a tuesday last year. Thanks for reminding us what it is all about. : )

I especially love this photo. And the texture. Good job.
Love the picture! Feel like I could just lay down in that grass and feel the warm sun on my face and toes.
