Perfect title. Love the mist and fog. Unusual for this time of year...
Your compositions of the mist, fog and the trails is so unique. This one lives to its title...Thomas
so beautiful and so isolated....
There are bare bones, but they are beautiful in their simplicity. He is right.

Hmmmm....not sure I agree with Andrew....Pretty photo though.
It is so true - we do not know what lies beneath, nor do we know what lies ahead. That is when we trust in Him! Terrific photo.
Bones of winter
with lifted limbs
call the 'habitants of earth
to heaven's chapel
and mercy
for the long days dead.
I can see and feel the lonliness, but a also find the mist/fog very comforting - kind of a paradox.
And Mr. Wyeth would know, too. He's good like that.
so beautiful....I'm wondering where you are {live} in the cold this winter....
I'm in wisconsin and would love to take more outdoor photos, but it's just been too cold to get out there for more than 3 minutes at a time...
Trees, Fence, and Fog....what more could you ask for. Three of my favorite things....FAbulous!
That is so perfectly beautiful.
Especially the "the whole story doesn't show" together with your photo. I love, love, love, visiting your blog.
yes, one of my favourite quotes -- great misty image.
Is this a long exposure night time shot, or an early morning shot? Either way, I love it. Nice warm tone.
I could comment on your captures all day. Great work Mary! =)
