Goldrush



Does anyone know anything about bees?  Is that a pollen sac on his leg?  Is it even called a leg?  Does your chewing gum lose it's flavor on the bedpost overnight?

Sorry, that last question just snuck in there.

Oh, delightful, Mary. Yes, I do know. Looks like a forager bee. The pollen is collected in sacs on her legs. Read all about it here:

The only thing I know about bees is the only thing I need to know and that is, that I like 'em. :o)

Love the contrast of the bee against the warm dark background browns. Unfortunately - I know nothing about bees..other than what I see.
