After the Rain

These tiny fungi popped up in our yard recently, after a heavy rain...  As always, I am fascinated by the idea of worlds within worlds -- doesn't this look like a tiny city?

It does look like a tiny city. I can just imagine some little cartoon characters running around amongst them. You like the Smurfs or Fragal rock characters.

WOW, that is pretty cool. I don't think I have ever seen any like that before.

Your photos often leave me speechless. =) Like how your eyes peeled for such beautiful sights. Little city I see there too! Have a good trip.

It does look like a tiny faerie city. :-). And it also looks like a lovely example of Bokeh.

I love fungi/fungus! Really i do! It is a wonder how they appear overnight and then can disappear just as quickly.

Absolutely, it does! I find it fascinating, too. And the things you can see with the macro lens when you open it up in your computer, well it just amazes me sometimes!
